π Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received does not match the original order (wrong size, color, or customization)
If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, I will gladly work with you to remake or exchange the item so it meets your expectations.
π¦ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact Studio Crochet within 7 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging
Once approved, I will send return instructions and a return shipping address by email.
πΈ Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part
π Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the handmade nature of the products:
Custom or personalized items (e.g. sizing, initials, special messages) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
